Ferdinando Cozzolino is a professional with over 30 years of experience in the field of tax and corporate law.

He graduated from the Naval University Institute of Naples in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.

He has been registered as an auditor since 1995. He has expertise in extraordinary transactions, financial statements, tax litigation and has contributed to the advanced training of Revenue Agency personnel as a lecturer at the Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze (SEEF).

He has acted as a public defender, tax consultant, auditor of public bodies and liquidator of public companies. Currently, he is an auditor for public and private companies.
